Cherry Brownie with white chocolate ❤
Ingredients:
-240 Grams Dark Chocolate
-180 Grams Butter
-3 Eggs, 2 egg yolks
-1 glass of sugar
-2 tablespoons cocoa powder
-3 tablespoons flour
-1 packet of vanilla
-1 packet of baking powder
-1 glass of cherry
-60 Grams White Chocolate
Recipe:
Melt the butter and put bitter chocolates in it. In a different bowl, whisk the egg and sugar.
Add the chocolate mixture in it and continue whisking. then add flour cocoa powder and vanilla and mix. Lay greaseproof paper in the tray and pour half of the cake mortar. Break white chocolate into it and spread it and put the cherries. Finally, bake at 180 degrees for 32-35 minutes.
